The waitress was just NASTY- RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. There is no other way to describe her. After reading the reviews I’d noticed that these are common descriptions from other patrons of her.
She informed us the only seafood available was shrimp (I didn’t see that limited option on the plates of other patrons). She failed to inform of the menus tea not being sweet for a 16 year old and later appeared to become annoyed when another option was requested because of the fact. She was soo dismissive and I could possibly see such behavior being done if the facility was busy but there were only 2 other people present (and they came together).
Try the restaurant Margarittaville on the resorts premises for a much better options and a better experience.
Chad is the BEST. He looks after his staff like a REAL BOSS SHOULD. Don't be surprised when he starts making your side ache from Laughing so hard. The food is Outstanding. We had Wahoo tacos and Ceveche. Couldn't have put another piece of fish in either. Only regret I didn't get pics of how well it was presented.
We have gone here several times in the last two times we have come to St. Thomas and as always amazing fish tacos and amazing service everytime. The water is so relaxing just sitting here. Thank you for being great
